When Do I Receive My Tracking Details?
As soon as your Friendship Lamps are on their way, you will receive an email which advises you that we have received your order.
Once the order has been processed and is on the way, you will receive the order confirmation email.
This includes important details like your order number, the payment details, your GroupID and also tracking information.
How Can I Track My Order?
To track your package, keep an eye on the tracking link which is sent in your order confirmation email.
You can use the link within the email or copy the number and track the parcel through the correct carrier's tracking page:

- Track your package or shipment with FedEx Tracking
- Tracking | UPS - United States
- DHL eCommerce Tracking (dhlglobalmail.com)
- Track Package - PCF (pcfcorp.com)
- Track your items - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)
- Tracking | New Zealand Post (nzpost.co.nz)

I Can't Find My Confirmation Email
If you can't find your order confirmation email, there may be a few reasons:
- Your order may still be processing
- It may have landed in your spam or junk folder :( Please check there.
- You may not have added your email address to the order
- You may have used another email address for your order
- The email address you used when you bought the lamps may be incorrect.
- Your order was not placed successfully due to a transactional error.
If you send us your order number via the contact form and we should be able to help you further. If you don’t have your order number please send us through the email address and the full name you used when purchasing the lamps and we should be able to locate your order.
