How Long Will the Delivery Take?
We engage the services of fast couriers and attempt to get the lamps to you as soon as possible.
We ensure the order is packed, labeled, and ready to ship within 24 hours (often far sooner than that) and then it is handed over to the carrier to be delivered. Once it has been processed and packaged, it is sent out for delivery.
Typically, our shipping times are as below:
- USA standard delivery should be within 3-7 business days under normal circumstances
- International delivery should be between 7-30 business days
Why Is My Order being Delayed?
We would love to be able to deliver every parcel exactly on time and do understand how much you'd like to receive the lamps as soon as possible.
However, please note that there are delays for both domestic and international orders during the busy seasons due to the large volume of packages. It is reported that carriers are overwhelmed by the amount of parcels and so it is very difficult to get them delivered on time.
We also experience delays from time to time due to circumstances out of our control. These unforeseen circumstances (such as weather issues or other disasters) affect transportation and also create a backlog of packages at the airports. We do thank you for patience during these times.

To track your package, keep an eye on the tracking link which is sent in your order confirmation email.

Is There an Expedited Shipping?
Yes. As long as there is stock available, there is an Expedited Shipping available for all the US orders.
Once the order has been processed and packaged it generally takes 2-4 business days for expedited orders to be delivered.
