It is wise to find out about the warranty on any purchase you're making, so we're happy to let you know that our lamps have an excellent warranty - should you wish to return them!
30 Day Return Policy
We have a 30 day return window (from the date the tracking states the parcel was delivered) which you can utilize if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please make sure you retain all the original paperwork and packaging.
You would need to return the lamps (at your own cost) in as new condition with all original parts and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect them, we are happy to issue a refund of the cost of the lamp/s. Just send us an email and we will provide the appropriate delivery address.

Your order number is found in your Order confirmation email.
12 months Warranty
We stand by our product and also have a 12 month warranty (starting from the date the tracking states the parcel was delivered) on our lamps, if you experience any issues at all please contact us and we will work through troubleshooting steps with you to figure out what is happening and if needed, we will either repair or replace the lamp.
