Haven't heard from us?

If you have emailed the Friendship Lamp Team, we endeavor to get back to you as soon as possible. (within 24-48 hrs)


So, if you haven't heard back from us, there may be a few reasons:

  • Our email may have landed in your spam/junk folder.  When you find this, please mark it as 'not junk' so that any further replies will be sent to your inbox.
  • Your email box is full.  At times, we try to respond to emails and the reply is not sent back to you.  We try each time to send you a response, but when your inbox is full, our emails are prevented from getting to you.  In this case, we'd advise that you try to contact us with a different email address.
  • Your email address is incorrect.  If you send us a reply and you can't find our response, please check the email address you used when you first contacted us.  Then, either email again with the corrected address or use another email.


We'd love to hear from our LuvLink Friendship Lamp family and most of all, we want you to receive our replies.


If you're not getting a reply, it is most likely due to one of the above reasons.
