It is important to ensure that the Frameo app has the necessary permissions to allow access to photos on both iPhone/iPad and Android devices.

If your photos are not showing up in the Frameo app, you may just need to adjust these permissions on the settings to fix this issue.

Note: For Android phone users who store photos on an internal micro SD card, simply look for the "External" option in the album drop-down.

How to Allow Access With an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Go to Settings on your device.
  2. Scroll down and locate "Frameo" on the list of apps.
  3. Tap on "Frameo", then choose "Photos".
  4. Depending on your iOS version, select either "Read and Write" (for older versions) or "All Photos" or "Selected Photos" (for newer versions).
  5. After making your selection, close and relaunch the Frameo app for the changes to take effect.

How to Allow Access With an Android Phone:

  1. Go to Settings on your Android device.
  2. Select "Apps & Notifications".
  3. Tap on "Frameo" from the list of installed apps.
  4. Navigate to "Permissions".
  5. Ensure that there is a checkmark next to both "Camera" and "Video". If not, tap to enable a checkmark.
  6. Close the Frameo app and relaunch it to apply the changes.

These steps should help users ensure that the Frameo app can access photos properly, allowing them to enjoy their photos within the app and share this to your LuvLink Digital Photo Frame.
