When your Luvlink Connected Frame experiences a sudden power interruption, like being unplugged during operation or due to a power outage or surge, it may cause some display issues. These can manifest as screen flickering, horizontal lines appearing on the screen, or even freezing the display altogether.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Reboot and Unplug the Frame
If possible, try to turn off the frame from the screen menu.
Then, unplug both ends of the power cord (from the frame and from the outlet) and wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in.
2. Try Another Power Adapter
This can also be related to the power adapter of the frame.
If you have another identical power adapter lying around, you can test if the screen stops flickering using this instead of the original.
