If your frame is stuck on the startup screen, fails to boot, and seems to load forever, there may be a problem with the flash memory or the power adapter of the frame. This could cause similar issues such as having a black screen or in any other way seems to have a problem turning on.
This problem most commonly occurs if the frame has been unplugged while running, or in the case of a power outage or a power surge.
Here are some helpful troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.
Unplug the Frame
Turn off the frame, then unplug the power cord from both ends for at least 5 minutes before plugging it back in.
Try Another Power Outlet
Plug the frame into a different power outlet to see if the outlet is causing the issue.
Try Another Power Cord
If possible, try using a similar or identical power cord with the frame to check if the cord is causing the problem.
