If your frame is stuck on the startup screen, there may be a problem with the flash memory or the power adapter of the frame.
This problem most commonly occurs if the frame has been unplugged while running, or in the case of a power outage or a power surge.
Turn off and unplug your frame
Try to power off the frame using the physical power button on the back/side of the frame if possible.
Then unplug the power cord in both ends for 5 minutes before plugging it back in.
If the problem remains, please contact our support team and provide the following information about your frame:
- The serial number of the frame. (This is usually found on the back of your frame or on the box)
- The name of the brand who made your frame. (This is usually also found on the back of your frame, on the box or in the order confirmation)
