How to Go Back to the Setup Mode

For LuvLink Friendship Lamps - Classic Lamps and Modern Range:

To go back to the initial setup mode, you will need to gently touch the top sensor pad for 3-5 minutes. The lamp will cycle through all the color options multiple times before it settles on a dim red.

In cases wherein a Friendship Lamp is stuck on any other color, it may not cycle through the color as it usually does, but it should eventually turn dim red after being held down on for that long.

For the LuvLink Infinity Range:

If you have an Infinity Lamp or an Infinity Voice, you'll need to insert a pin into the "Reset" pinhole underneath the unit. The lamp will fill up with a rainbow of colors before settling on dim red.

Other Ways to Reset Your LuvLink Friendship Lamp:

  1.  Although, this is most likely unnecessary, you may turn off your router, unplug your lamp and then plug it back in. At this point, the lamp should turn blue and then dim red.
  2. If your Friendship Lamp has been previously setup and added on the LuvLink App, you may go into settings and do a Factory Reset.

Why is my Friendship Lamp Dim Red?

If your LuvLink Friendship Lamp is dim red, it means it is not connected to the WiFi and needs to be setup on the LuvLink App.
